Dear James M,
As we in the northern hemisphere head into the summer homestretch, many of us can feel our energy levels and inspiration running low. This issue of Toward Peace & Justice is meant to shake the cobwebs loose with fresh and challenging ideas.
For example, our new Faith and Social Justice resource guide will help you explore the connections between spirituality and social activism. You can also use the book reviews in the new issue of Peacework magazine to revitalize your reading list, find out what a group of young people experienced during the 2008 Mexico Summer Project, and more.
May your cup (of inspiration) runneth over.
Peace,
Mary Ellen McNish
AFSC General Secretary
